StanceWars is a unique automotive event that gathers hundreds of carefully selected and approved cars from all over the northwest. For over a decade of the brand’s experience, StanceWars has introduced new standards to the automotive event world. One of the first events to use an approval process five years before it became mainstream. Now every event hasn’t some sort of approval process. Our annual gathering in Seattle was created for enthusiasts by enthusiasts. We highlight some of the best builds in the custom car industry. What differentiates our show from other events is the fact of the strict selection process for cars joining the #Top100. Only the finest vehicles have a chance to find a spot among thousands inside of our show. #Top100
No matter how many vehicles apply for the #Top100 we will choose the best 100 cars to go to the top of the parking garage. Those not selected will be parked on the 4th floor. Some of these vehicles will be promoted to the top floor.

There are tickets that allow you to purchase in the garage parking on floors one through 3 . some of these tickets include VIP after party options parking options or just entry.

The Start
When StanceWars started in 2010 for the first show the idea was simple. Put the JDM guys vs. the Euro guys to see who would have the better “stance”. But along the way we realized that was the wrong way to go , but it would be better to bring the community together would be the future. About 90 cars were in the #Top100 many were folks helping out and several of Mike’s personal cars. There was go-carts on the 3rd floor and Miss StanceWars Competition. We sold about 800 tickets that year.

History
It Started in Seattle – In 2010 Mike started “StanceWars” after working with StanceWorks on an event for Seattle called “Tailored” which was to be held the night before WaterWerks in Tacoma. One thing Mike learned quickly is that no one was going to do it better unless it was to be done by locals here in Seattle. So before “Tailored” happened StanceWars was born. We didn’t need a huge following and a fancy name, just awesome people and a location.
