At Happenstance Events we offer unlimited booths for sales, appearance, and corporate Sponsorships. If you have an idea, we can find the space and help you to make it happen. At our Seattle SW event – every booth is grandfathered in some locations. Some locations are not for sale until a vendor gives up their location from a prior year. Sizes are 10×10 tents AND(1) Booth Car, OR 10X20 tents, and up to 20 x 40 Booth space or larger. Majporty or booths are on the 3rd floor, 4th floor, and 4th-floor ramp to the top floor.

Display Booths

These booths are to be seen at the event and typically for future sales or show-off work. Sales can be done but it’s not the primary function at the event

New Cars Sales, Custom shop, Wheel Brand, Brand awareness ( price range $300 to $1200) based on size and location

10×10 tent AND(1) Booth Car OR 10X20 tent (4 Vendor passes)

The top floor is seniority based on the previous year, someone has to give up a spot to buy a spot.

Sales Booths

These booths are placed for maximum foot traffic at the event and are geared toward sales at the event. ( t-shirts, slaps, etc.) We discourage “fake” product sales at our events.

These booths range in price from $200 to $1500 based on location and size.

10×10 tent AND(1) Booth Car OR 10X20 tent & no car (4 Vendor passes) with 4 VIP After-Party passes and unused naming rights on an aspect.

The top floor is seniority based on the previous year, someone has to give up a spot to buy a spot.

New Vendor Booths

Never been to StanceWars, this is a booth for you. The low entry point for one time to get your feet wet. $200

(1) 10×10 area Overall space is 16ft deep by 20ft wide – no car

Typically these are on the 3rd or 4th floor

The VIP Ultimate Experience

Be the ultimate VIP with (3) of your closest friends. You’ll receive a 10×10 cabana full of drinks and furniture for you and your friends, a Special VIP parking space, and a $250 shopping package. pricing starts at $1000

Sponsor Packages

Sponsorship comes with a booth. These can range from $500 to $1000+ and get first placement before anyone else. Large vehicle displays, large presents, and other aspects get done in jan-april – the question as mike @ happenstanceevents.com

20 x 40 Booth space or larger if needed, (4 Vendor passes + 4 car passes ) and naming rights on an aspect. Space limited but only 4 booth cars

3rd – 4th floor Tents

In our Seattle garage tent tops are not allowed due to fire dept requirements. (blocking sprinkler heads)

We suggest a 4th-floor ramp for branded tents or other (outside) locations.

We suggest branded tablecloths, feather banners, or backdrops inside the garage.

Rent tables from us

At Bellevue College we have unlimited tables we can rent to you for cheap, so don’t pack them.
